like honestly what the hell does teh food replicator do? adn why should i spend precious resources getting it instead of using it on other things?

Like the description of the food replicator (as soon as it's constructed) says, it increases your food, but not on one way. It one point int the formula for citizens/interval. For example:

Without food replicator: 0.3civs/interval
With it: 0.7 civs/interval

Guide updated (look at the EDIT at the end)

I finally found out, what Habitat is good for.

Each new habitat point increases the population cap. That's known. But what's not is that each new civilian has an influence on the other 3 researchs. Each civilian increases the rate, you earn new income (commerce), decreases the construction time by increasing the gold you have to spend per round (construction) and also decreases the research-times (science).

Finally, we have the solution :)

Thanks for this guide, it helped me a lot
i always used the auto research and then chose the cheapest, lol it worked, but was very bad, i think after i read this post :(
